Requirements

INDIVIDUAL CURRENT ACCOUNT

• Two (3) Passport size photographs
• Original and photocopy of your photo identity, e.g. Passport, Drivers license, Voters ID card.

• Completed Account Opening Forms
• One (1) Completed Signature Cards
• Completed Cheque Requisition Slip
• Names and addresses of two referees or an introductory letter from your employers

• A minimum initial deposit of GH¢50.00 for Current or Life Starter Account

• A proof of residence e.g. utility bill, tenancy agreement, other Bank’s statement, reference letter

CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR CLUBS AND ASSOCIATIONS

• Current list of Senior Executive Members and their photo identities, e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, Voter ID Card

• Two (3) Passport-size photographs of each of them

• Resolution

• Completed Account Opening Forms

• A Mandate Letter with specimen of authorised signatories

• Completed Signature Cards

• A Minimum Initial Deposit of GH¢100.00
• Original and photocopies of:

--Association’s Constitution

--Extracts of Minutes of meeting where the Bank was appointed

--Utility bills for the Senior Executive members or other forms of
   Proof of residence                                                                                                                              

INDIVIDUAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT

• Two (3) Passport-size photographs
• Original and photocopy of your photo identity, e.g. Passport, Drivers License, Voters ID card

• Completed Account Opening Forms
• One (1) Completed Signature Cards
• A minimum initial deposit of GH¢200.00 for Savings Account and GH¢100.00 for Homesave Account OR $500, £500, €500

• A proof of residence e.g. utility bill, tenancy agreement, other Bank’s statement, reference letter

 CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR ENTERPRISES

• Two (3) passport size photographs of owner
• Photo identity of owner

• A proof of owner’s address, e.g. utility bill, tenancy agreement, other bank’s statement, reference letter

• A minimum initial deposit of GH¢100.00 OR $500, £500, €500
• Original and Photocopies of following Documents:
--Current FORM “A”
-- Business Registration Certificate

  
CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR COMPANIES

• Current list of directors, their photo identities and two (2) passport-size photographs of each of them

• Board Resolution and a current list of major shareholders

• A Mandate Letter with specimen of authorized signatories

• A minimum initial deposit of GH¢100.00 OR $500, £500, €500
Original and photocopies of the following documents:

• Company’s Regulations
• Certificate of Incorporation

• Certificate to Commence Business

• Reference from Auditors
