HFC-REIT is a form of collective investment set up in July 1995 by HFC Investment Services Ltd (HFC-ISL), a wholly owned subsidiary of HFC Bank Ghana Limited. HFC-REIT is a unit trust scheme licensed by the Securities Regulatory Commission under the terms of Section 32 of the Securities Industry Law, 1993 (PNDCL 333). Its objective is to mobilize savings for investment in real estate. HFC-ISL as the Manager is paid a Management Fee.
